Estate Sale - Ames Lake/Redmond

So what are you doing this weekend?

We've been working on an estate near Ames Lake for a couple of months, just digging through it all and trying to sort piles and piles of stuff. Not for the faint-hearted, but worth donning some old jeans and boots and coming out! There's something for everybody, that's for sure.

We are advertising the sale for Saturday and Sunday, the 23rd and 24th, from 9 to 4. But... since you're reading this blog, you have my permission to come by tomorrow -- Friday the 22nd, between noon and 6.

Sad story... but we're selling everything we can out of the estate so that the two sons (20ish) have something to remember their dad by. You can't imagine the amount of things here -- it would take a couple of pages to list everything. Check out our website under "Upcoming Estate Sales" and you'll see what we mean!

GLITZ!

I just love this picture! It's just one small section in SISTERS, but it's what we are all about. We display (okay, cram) lots and lots of really cool stuff in vignettes throughout the shop. It takes awhile to take it all in... and even then you'll probably miss something.

Italian Tole Chandelier - VINTAGE!

With all the chandeliers hanging from the rafters in the shop, I have to say this is probably my favorite! I bought it in total disrepair and had it professionally restored and rewired. And it was well worth it!
